F4: 1/60th of a second shutter speed. The couple looks clear and the background is blurry so they pop out.
F5.6: 1/60th of a second shutter speed. The couple stands out from the background and look clear.
F8: 1/60th of a second shutter speed. They look better, they photo
doesn't look dark like the rest. The background is still a little
blurry, which makes the couple stand out.
F11: 1/60th of a second shutter speed. The photo looks better than the
other shutter speeds, the other ones look dark and blurry. The
background isn't as blurry anymore.
F16: 1/30th of a second shutter speed. Even though you can see the
background clear, the couple still stands out and they don't look blury.
F22: 1/8th of a second shutter speed. In this shutter speed the couple
looks clear and the photo isn't dark. But the background is visible and
its clear.
As the shutter speeds get lower, the people in the photo get really
blurry. The photographer can fix this problem by maybe putting the
couple in a different position or in a different colored background or
in another type of lighting. The longest shutter speed would be
typically 30 seconds.
